The Information System, along with its integration into the EU Single Window Environment for Customs, will adhere to pertinent data protection regulations. Aligned with the Union’s Open Data Policy, the Commission will grant the broader public access to fully anonymized datasets from the Information System. These datasets will be in an open format conducive to machine readability, ensuring interoperability, reusability, and accessibility.
